  • Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
    No, you dont.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. To receive a full refund please cancel order here no later than 24 hours after initial purchase. Any cancellations made +24 hours after initial purchase will not qualify for a refund.
  • I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?
    1) Cancel order with incorrect shipping address within 24 hours of purchase. 2)Purchase item(s) again. Failure to do this within 24 hours of purchase will remove GG from being responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by customer. Please be careful when entering your shipping address.
  • I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
    Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us here
  • Order & Tracking Status
    Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order by clicking here. If you ordered as a guest click here.
  • My package seemed to have stopped moving, what should I do?
    Don't worry, it is still on its way to you. Occasionally, there may be delays due to mailing courier servicing or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
  • Return Policy
    We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, GG reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us here within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
  • I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
    Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee. This will be deducted from the purchasing amount. All remaining amount will be returned to buyer. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return.
  • My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
    Please contact us here immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products. Refunds will not be issued if it has been more than 48 hours of receiving your package(s).
  • I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?
    Please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry. Failure to do this within 48 hours of receipt of order will remove GG from being responsible for order fulfillment.

  • How often do you restock?
    Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Please follow us here on Instagram to find out when your favorite products will be back in stock.
  • Do you offer free samples or gifts?
    Occasionally GG will apply a gift with purchase to orders. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts redeemed alongside a customer's orders are included while supplies last and are therefore not guaranteed. All samples, packets, stickers, and other products or merchandise are subject to change and availability.
  • Where are your products manufactured?
    Our formulas are made in the China.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Yes.
  • Do you offer discounts and/or promotions?

  • What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?
    We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Are GG products safe for all skin types?
    All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types. If you have specific concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on the website (TBA).
